| Going camping this weekend with the house + boyfriends... Nature BEWARE!!! I don't know how this weekend will go - a city girl in the wild??? I may not survive. This camping trip came about from the roommates sitting in our backyard with a beer. And thats it... we wanted to do that with some more trees.  Instead the trip went to an extreme - "INTENSE CAMPING" with hiking boots, moleskin, and no beer! That is absolutely absurd... I will not survive this weekend without a beer.  Ps. Just found the Honey Moon Summer Ale by Blue Moon - try it! Its yummy! and don't forget the orange.  Bye!

| Back at PRD now, and I am bored. Just my second weekn here, and I still have nothing to do..... The past couple weekends have been tons of fun. BBQ with the roomies, FLDP Graduation party, Jung-hoon in NYC, the babies, weekend with Dana and Morgan in NYC. Tons of fun.....  I spent this past weekend with Dana and Morgan, just hanging out, catching up, and wandering around. We saw Les Mes and it was amazing. Had cupcakes from sugar Sweet sunshine and Crumbs. Here's a pic of a red velvet cupcake from Crumbs - ps. they're massive. Don't eat the whole thing! 
I still think the Sprinkles red velvet is the best! Hopefully I'll post some pictures soon... still on my "To Do" list. Laters, Susie | | |
| This has been a very unqiue audit.... but it's almost over, which means I'll be done with this rotation and the program soon... There's been a ton of things going on at home and with fellow classmates. So I can't wait to go home and see my roomies and catch up on everything... But before that I'll have one last trip to Amsterdam... I don't know these guys well (just started talking to them this week ), but we're heading up to Amsterdam for the day... It'll be 3 guys from the team. They're pretty chill and relaxed and up to do whatever, so I'm hoping this will be fun. And if not... we'll just be drunk the entire time... HKers: When is Junghoon coming here? I believe he's supposed to be in the Northeast some time in May or June... If anyone knows, please message or email me! And... how are you guys doing? Lisa? | Since I'm in Belgium I might as well drink to my heart's desire... belgian beer!! + waffles... + chocolate... horrible combination... Figured I would keep a running list of the types of beers I'll have while I'm here... - Sun: Dentergem - white beer

- Sun: Something Triple... forgot what its called.

- Wed: Leffe and Hoegaarden (as directed by my drinking mentor)

| ... Partying it up in Cairo... however, like most places outside of the US, the main music is house/techno. I haven't visited any major sites yet, but we might tomorrow (Pyramids, Citadel, Egyptian Museum). How should I describe Cairo.... hmm... single word... chaos! It is a haphazard mess here. The driving is worse than in Thailand, and I feel as though my life may end whenever I get into a car. Its ridiculous! There was a sandstorm here on Thursday.... kinda weird.... Got to say tho.. .the food is amazing! yumm... Best things so far: hookah, baklava, this pasta/lental dish with sauces, calamari mawshi, and the bread... yumm... =) Alrighty... its about 4 am here... g/g to bed. nites~ | | |
